A student opens the UNIVIGO app, verifies their status and selects an available 30-minute or 60-minute campaign route. Estimated reward and campaign availability are shown before participation.

Collect Smart Backpack

The app assigns a specific kiosk compartment. The student collects the LED backpack from the UNIVIGO smart kiosk and the pickup is confirmed automatically.

Return & Confirm Earnings

The student returns the backpack to the kiosk. The system verifies the return and the app confirms route completion and adds earnings to the wallet balance.

The student experience is designed to be simple: check in, collect the device, complete the route, return the backpack and receive confirmed earnings.

Step 01

Check-In & Time Selection

After checking in through the app, the student chooses an available 30-minute or 60-minute route. The potential reward is shown before participation.

Step 02

Backpack Collection

The app assigns a kiosk compartment. The student collects the backpack and confirms pickup.

Step 03

Route & Navigation

The walk begins on a predefined approved route. If the student deviates, the system can issue route warnings.

Step 04

Return & Reward Confirmation

The backpack is returned to the kiosk and reconnected. The app confirms completion and adds the earnings to the student's balance.

The charging status of all backpacks is monitored. Students are assigned devices with sufficient battery for the campaign.

In case of rain, safety concerns or technical issues, the kiosk can be locked automatically or centrally controlled.

Offline Mode

If network connection is interrupted, data can be stored locally and synchronized after reconnection.
